Adobe Photoshop Lightroom for iPhone App Reviews

I get it, for a free app this thing is amazing. I also understand monetizing advanced features for pro-level apps with in-app purchases. What I dont get is the almost pathological need for Adobe to constantly milk its customers for cash. Forcing us to have a Creative Cloud subscription to access one of the most missed features of the desktop version is the kind of extortion that makes me purchase the full copy of Lightroom in the first place. Please give me the option to purchase this feature without needing to pay $120 a year for it. Or, at the very least, let me hide the button to avoid temptation and annoyance.

Latest update with localized brush features Insta-crashes on iOS 8.1.x even after a fresh boot and no other apps running (not that that has ever mattered.) Disappointing Adobe. Whos doing your regression testing?? Removing and reinstalling does not solve the problem either.

This app was been what I looking for, awesome Lightroom color!

Before this recent update Lightroom was running perfectly, but recently it has been stuck at "loading developmental version" for minutes just to find out it is not loading my pictures. It is frustrating and a waste of time. The new update has to be looked at. This is disappointing from Adobe.

It went from up loading high quality photos to Facebook to pixilated photos now. ..

The app was great until now he app will not work. It keeps freezing. The support help will not help. Someone please help!!

What good is an update to be able to edit RAW photos when I cant import them from the main places I store them on Dropbox or Google Drive?

Compared to Revel, for simple storage and aesthetic presentation this product is rubbish.....whats happening to Adobe. I have now deleted the app and will have to try flckr @ yahoo!

Great idea, great concept. However, this much awaited app has got the worst sync service I’ve ever seen. Simply doesn’t work well. I’ve been trying to sync both my iPhone and my iPad camera rolls to Lightroom and only occasionally does it work. There are three problems: (1) the app automatically syncs your device’s camera roll to a Lightroom local folder (whose location in your HD you sadly can’t chose); (2) the app automatically creates a smart folder for each device, so it’s totally redundant, since we have now, in Lightroom, two places for the same images; (3) the sync rarely works. I’ve done many tests and most of them have been unsuccessful so far; (4) now comes the REAL problem, which is the awful experience you’ll have if you want to delete your images. Now you’ll have to delete them from your mobile device, then you’ll have to delete them from the smart folder automatically created in your catalog, and then you’ll have to delete the images from the actual folder automatically created by Lightroom Mobile in your HD; (5) it gets worse, because when you delete the images from your local folder, they’re not deleted from the smart folder. I deleted images from the actual folder and from the device and they still stuck in the smart folder. Impossible to understand. Either it’s an error or a pretty bad taste for workflow efficiency. I know what to expect from Adobe. Unfortunately, Lightroom Mobile still remains at its draft stage. I regret having paid for it.

I have iPhone 6 and i want export to full resolution but i can’t! limited app!

its a good app, but, it cant export tiff files in the same extension (tiff), it convert in jpg compressed file, this is not good for qualities photos. i hope it can be added in a future update!

Great app, but I have to do the sync manually so why dont you implement background app refresh to sync for new photos can be done in the background?

Works fine the only thing I would say to sync and load the pictures takes to long

Great app and really functional tool

Practically useless without raw support.

I always work on the move, I use it every day and it is an important part of my workflow.
